Great location near the beach and a short walk to the local bus stop. The pool was nice and provided a refreshing place to relax.
The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome during our romantic escape. The room amenities were subpar, with broken air conditioning and a shower that was just a hose.

We got an upgrade to studio, so this met the needs of course. Rooms in perivolos sandy village were spotlessly clean. Excellent place for exploring Perivolos.
Cannot find any fault.

We really enjoyed the pool and found this place to be a great option for our city trip, especially because of its convenient location near the airport.

Unfortunatley from the moment we arrived at Roberto's the staff were very rude. They tried to sell us everything at very expensive rates when we checked in which was quite late at night and all we wanted to do was get to bed. Everything was a problem and they were very unhelpful with any questions we had. Also the room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. The location of the hotel was also very poor...it was much further from the beach than described on the website and about a half hour walk into Perissa town. I would not stay here ever again.

Value for money, literally 5 minute walk from the beach though they have a pool thats about on par with the ocean. Great 'Slouvaki' (Skewers). Room has all but a washing machine and kettle. Visit was recent (13-17 July) in the summer, so it was really hot but the aircon did the trick in a matter of minutes!
the bar is right by the pool. Which is great but you not allowed to bring your own drinks into the area.

Near the black sand beach (burning hot) of perissa. Be sure to book a studio, not a room. Big rooms, calm area. It's better to stay in perissa or perivolos and visit Thira and Oia by renting a quad (only 12eur per day). Bad personnel but best price/quality you can get (22€ per night for a studio in june)
Bad personnel but good manager. When we got there, the lady tried to sell us everything she could by even trying to make us pay the safe which was included in the room description. Don't take any of the services she offers. She wanted to make us pay 20€ for a quad, when it's only 12€ in the nearby renting shops. And don't forget that you don't have to pay for anything that was said to be included in the rate of the room.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated right on the beach road in Perivolos. Guests can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach and take in the breathtaking views. the hotel offers self-catering options with two hobs in the kitchen, allowing guests to cook their own meals if they wish. the rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area.

Exasperated check in. The owner hardly speaks English and the only words she knows are cash cash cash pay PAY....This woman was so rude and scorbutic. Her daughter tried to sell us everything from overpriced tours to moto rental. The room ws not so clean, the sink and washbasin perennially caked, and never clean over our stay. Plumbing system doesn't work, impossible to have a normal shower!!! An irritating stay!!!

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hillside hotel in Santorini. The value for money was exceptional, especially with the included breakfast. The staff were attentive, ensuring a memorable experience. The rooms, complete with glorious AC and balconies, offered a stunning sea view.
Everything was amazing, nothing to improve.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and a well-maintained pool area. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the small saltwater pool which was pleasant and clean. We also loved the location, as it was only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful black sand beach in Perivolos. The staff was kind and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. All in all, this hotel was a great value for money and provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
Not obvious to find.
